The handover of the photovoltaic system follows a predefined procedure and is documented through the “Commissioning and Acceptance Report,” signed by both parties. Components include contact details, responsibilities, a list of all used components, system test documentation of measurements, a protocol of joint inspection, a protocol of customer introduction to the system (including safety instructions), and acceptance/conditional acceptance of the system. This process provides clarity to both parties regarding the delivered performance, instilling confidence in the professionally installed and operationally secure system, along with a fundamental understanding of the overall system and proper operation.
To conclude, the customer receives a comprehensive customer folder containing all relevant documents, such as data sheets, invoices, layout plan of the generator, string plan, electrical plan, and the Commissioning and Acceptance Report. The complete documentation of a solar system is crucial for our customers, serving various purposes, including verification of compliance with regulations and standards, maintenance and repairs, warranty claims, optimization of system performance, financial management, and operational monitoring.
