This system is particularly well-suited for critical environments, such as foil or tarmac sheet-based roofs, where ensuring safe fixation is challenging, and leakage precautions are mandatory. Our collaboration with RWTH Aachen, renowned for engineering excellence across Europe, resulted in the development of a specialized system tailored for foil-covered roofs, where penetration is restricted (see picture).

  • High-Grade Hot Dip Galvanizing
    Our mounting structures undergo a top-tier hot-dip galvanizing process, boasting a coating thickness that surpasses market standards. This provides exceptional durability, especially in harsh environments, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Expert Craftsmanship
Superior zinc coating for unmatched corrosion resistance: Our zinc coating process is performed with meticulous handcraft by experienced local specialists. After application, we rigorously test the coating to ensure a minimum thickness of 80 micrometers. The result is not only visually appealing but also offers exceptional corrosion resistance.
  • Stainless Steel Hardware and EPDM Foils

    To prevent contact between aluminum parts (Solar Panel) and hot-dip galvanized steel (Mounting Structure), we use stainless steel nuts, bolts, and washers, along with EPDM foils. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees sustained efficiency and structural integrity. (see picture)

Advanced corrosion protection for SAFE Solar PV systems: Even though our steel profiles are galvanized for corrosion protection, we go the extra mile to ensure long-lasting durability. To prevent any contact between aluminum parts and steel profiles, we meticulously separate them using EPDM washers. Additionally, we use stainless steel screws for all connections, guaranteeing maximum resilience and integrity of the entire system.

    All our solar module tables are grounded, ensuring each module is securely connected to the earth. For added safety, grounding cables are dimensioned separately from string conductors and laid in UV-resistant channels and corrugated pipes. Components like inverters and string coupling boxes are meticulously grounded.
